We often forget that behind the results of artificial intelligence—which appear as if by magic, like a rabbit pulled from a magician’s hat—lie algorithms, infrastructure, human labour, and real social and environmental costs.
The exhibition ‘AI – Algorithms of Illusion’ invites us to take a critical look at artificial intelligence as a cultural, political and artistic phenomenon. Through the works of contemporary artists, we discover what really lies behind technological narratives – from power and knowledge, through effort and connections, to visions of the future.
This is a story not only about technology, but about ourselves and what it means to be human in a world of algorithms, data and connections.
Do you trust AI? How do you imagine a future with AI? How do you feel when you think about AI?
Come and enter the world of “Algorithms of Illusion”.

EXHIBITION ACCESSIBILITY
The exhibition has been designed in accordance with the principles of universal design, with the aim of ensuring accessibility for all visitors, regardless of their ability, age or status, across a range of accessibility dimensions: architectural, sensory, informational, communicative and mental.
The building is equipped with lifts and ramps. With visitors with mobility impairments in mind, who may need to rest during their visit, Stockholm-style chairs are available. There is also a commode in the toilet on the ground floor of the building.
The exhibition offers audio description for selected works, audio guides (in Polish and English) and tactile objects. Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors can use Polish Sign Language (PJM) and a remote sign language interpreter service. Assistance dogs are permitted.
Every Wednesday at 12 noon, a ‘quiet hour’ is scheduled, during which the lights can be dimmed. Instructions for using interactive works and warnings about flashing images are also displayed within the exhibition space.
Easy-to-read texts (ETR) and a pre-visit guide have been prepared for visitors, allowing them to familiarise themselves with the exhibition before their visit.
In addition, guided tours and workshops are being organised for a wide range of social groups, taking into account the needs of people with varying degrees of disability.
