ZAMEK Culture Centre

It is now time for Patrycja Plich to begin her residency at CK Zamek. During the meeting, the artist will introduce her previous works and Wanderland, a project concerned with the African Centre which existed in Poznań in the 1990s. Plich will examine the impact of the Centre’s activities on the possibilities of building an integrative society, one which develops beyond any culturally determined boundaries. Her residency will be an opportunity to meet persons directly associated with the Centre, and get them involved—as well as all those interested—in a joint study of the notion of integration, spanning the core of the issue (dependencies resulting from entanglement in the system) and its peripheries (direct exposure to prejudice).
