Usually, the simple, (extra)ordinary life goes on overshadowed by grand history. We have asked ten elderly inhabitants of Poznań to share their reminiscences with us. It turned out that we most often remember things which appear quite unremarkable: the first job, the first love, or the first travel by plane. We have managed to record several stories, and save valuable personal narratives of everyday life, youth and coming of age from being forgotten.
